Friendly service. Quick even tho they only had 2 people working. Great pizza.
The food is alright and what you would expect of any chain restaurant. The staff is honestly kinda rude. I tried to be as... patient as I could be when I had to run inside to add one more pizza to my order, but I was completely ignored for nearly 30minutes while they helped everyone who came in before and after me. I get that they're under staffed but at least tell me itwill be a minute. When I spoke to who I guess was a manager he acted like I was being completely unreasonable when I told himwhat happened and clearly didn't care. Read more
This place is a joke they never answer the phone. They refused to take a hundred dollar bill saying the order had to be over... 60$. Read more
If they mess up you order like stuffed crust of course you ate a piece and realize there's no cheese, call up and they tell you... well if you ate some of pizza they want you to bring back for them to see you're out of luck because they can't do anythingbecause said pizza has had some of it eaten! Terrible experience the last two times visiting this store. About a month ago, the guy taking my order was nodding out....then I... waited 45 minutes on one pizza and cheesy bread. Tonight, I received a raw deep dish pizza. They re made it...and the second wasraw as well. At that point, requested a refund and was told they couldn't do it because a manager was not there. Dumb as rocks. I literally went and got myself lunch and was going to get the people next door for helping me put my windshield... wipers on lunch. I told him the girls name said I want to pay for her a pizza and this guy says you can't do that. I said whatdo you mean? Here's her name. Charge my card. You can't do that. We can't do that. So I turn around. I'm like look give me thepizza then I'll take it over there. We don't have any. It is 12:00. You have zero pepperoni pizzas made. I asked why at lunchtime you don't have pizza made. He states we just opened an hour ago. Yes people were coming to get lunch at 12:00. You shouldhave food ready. He stays. It will be 10 to 15 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. I had to ask for a manager just to tell little boythat he could turn around, charge my card and allow the people next door to come get the pizza as long as I gave them thereceipt even though I'm giving you her name.
