Ordered the new Sour Patch Kids Slush Float and the slush machine was down. They were very quick to ask what replacement I would... want and got it out quickly. Only complaint is while I was sitting outside, the carhop kept talking to (what I'm guessing was)her friend very loudly and keeping drive thru customers waiting on their change/orders. Read more
I went today with my kids as a treat for good grades and mothers day. They were awesome with taking down the order and super... fast service! And the car hop was the sweetest and completely honest. The ONLY complaint I really have is that we ordered aBROWNIE milkshake and got and Oreo milkshake and when I tried to tell them they repeatedly told me that it was correct. I'msorry but I know what an oreo and a Brownie taste like. I even had the carhop look at it and she said it was correct. Theadvertisement is a brown/dark chocolate color milkshake and the one I received was white with black crumbs of oreo. I'm a VERYunderstanding person and have worked at a sonic myself and I understand mistakes and how busy it can be. But I didn't like thatthey couldn't own up to a mistake and fix it. It's okay to make mistakes but not okay to lie and make a customer look dumb bysaying "it depends on who makes it" it shouldn't matter who makes it.. the people you have should be trained on how to makespecific drink/shake orders.
