This store has gone extremely downhill. I worked here in February of 2020. I was told I would be working the next week, and then... a manager pulled me to the back and fired me because I wasn't "Learning fast enough" despite only working there for three days,each only four hour shifts. How could you expect me to learn everything in three days? Then I learned what they do is they hiretwo people at a time and only keep one. This situation in itself was terrible but not why I'm leaving this review. Every time Ihave eaten there since, and trust me I have a lot in the last three years, the veggies are always dry, and once one of my greenpeppers was literally brown and black. I called the store about it multiple times and when they finally awnsered I was told theywouldn't give me a refund because she prepped the green peppers and they were fine. My son and I love the subs and pretzels but here lately when we've went the staff has been very disrespect, extremely rude, and... honestly down right lazy. It's been different people but all of them have treated us like we're wasting their time. Not sayingthey should be perfect but a little effort and self respect with manners could get them better reviews. Read more
Went into this subway to get two soft pretzels the clerk said they would close in 5 minutes and refuse to serve me, Even though... they were open for another 5 minutes when I walked in. Read more
The first visit I picked up my mobile order to find neither sandwich had any meat on it when they were supposed to so I had to... drive back. The second visit I Was told my mobile order never came through even though my money was taken and I had the orderconfirmation, was told I could not have a refund or my order made by the workers. By the time the next day I was told I couldhave a refund through email, I went back into the store and was told I could not have a refund. Fix your app or fix yourcustomer service. Read more
