Sooooo slow. Sitting in drive thru for over 12 minutes. Then online order messed up. Taco Bell is one if my two fav places... for a quick meal....but not the new Arab Alabama. Sad.... Read more
So from time I spent in line, I believe the car in front of me was having problems also. Tried to give me the wrong order, which... means I paid for the wrong order. After confirming my order at the window, still didn't receive all of the correct order.Because they don't make the drinks, I was given the wrong drink also. First of all for their app I would give them negative stars. I updated my app and started trying to place an online order around... 4:45pm. Each time I received an error message saying Uh Oh ... This restaurant is closing soon. Please select a differentlocation or come back tomorrow. I tried several times until about 5pm. Went inside and told them what was going on because Iwanted to build the $5 online boxes. Showed them the message and they just shrugged then discussed what time they actuallyclosed. They had trouble agreeing on that. Fifteen minutes later they were ready to take my order. Once they finally got to thatpoint and took my order, they food was out quickly and it was good. I was there on a very busy Friday night. The staff was working their tails off. They were all very friendly and my food was fast... and hot. I ordered the Mexican pizza and would highly recommend it. This store stays busy so please have some patience. They areshorthanded and over worked but very friendly. Read more
