Did not provide fork or spoon or salt. When I asked if they were in the bag at the drive thru the young lady assured me it was... all in the bag. It wasn't. No way to eat the ce slaw. No salt for the fries. Toast was floppy warm bread...nit toast. I guessI was lucky to get a napkin? Read more

The wings and chicken fingers were good. The service was good. However being my 1st time in the place I asjed for sweet and... spicy for the wings and the fingers. The wings had the right sauce but they gave some zaxbys sauce for the fingers. Wasn't afan plus it wasn't what I asked for to begin with. Read more

Zaxby's used to be my go to spot for decent fast food so I was thrilled when they opened a Zaxby's in our town. When they first... opened they were great! The food was always on point, the service was great but this last year or so they have gone downhill tothe point that after today I will NEVER eat at any Zaxby's anywhere. More than once over the last year they've gotten our orderwrong and they seem to have an issue with putting any sauce on the wings, to the point that we always order extra sauce on theside. Today they decided to serve us untoasted bread with our wing's and thing's orders. The wings were cold and overcooked, thechicken fingers were tiny, dry, and cold, the fries were just barely done and lightly seasoned. When I called to ask if theystopped toasting the bread (I had not yet begun to eat my lunch so I didn't know how badly the rest of the meal was) Graysonassured me that they still toast the bread and offered to remake our order. While trying to tell him that the toast was nottoasted and what it looked like he accused me of giving him attitude. I had not given him any attitude at that point and Iinformed him that I could give him an attitude if he wished but instead I was just going to end the call and any futurepurchases from any Zaxby's anywhere. My advice: avoid the Zaxby's in Arab, they aren't worth the money. Read more

Went to zaxbys cause I was feeling chicken, they had chicken. Long story short. since the pandemic, it has been hard for all of... us. So typically when you go to eat these days or any place these days you are met with some attitude, anger, just plain garbageservice. That was not that way today. The food was amazingly delicious, better than any restaurant I have been to. The girltaking the order was polite, and got everything down. Pull the window and the young dude in the window with politeness andrespect. And then the food to be so delicious. Thank you this morning for that, it was refreshing. Read more
