We've eaten here in-person which was great. The back patio is a little rough and loud being on St. Claude but the food is on... point. The main 5 star review was the delivery that was amazing. This is the first time I have ever had burgers delivered thatwere at requested temp! Lots of extras, large portions, and very thoughtful packaging. They're making me fatter but that's myown fault. First time here. Not very busy tonight but I can see why the reviews are so complimentary. Great food and atmosphere. Started... with the BBQ shrimp with Rosemary Cornbread appetizer. Then I enjoyed the very healthy but yummy Salmon en Papillote. I stillhad room for the banana bread pudding...OMG! Prices are quite reasonable too! First was the appetizer which was Crab cakes for us. It was served with a great sauce. Perfection! I had the Oyster BLT and it... was Great! Lots of oysters with great homemade sauce. Came with a side salad which had the freshest greens and tomatoes. Myfiance had the KTC Burger with Swiss Cheese. The bun was a butter roll , meat cooked to perfection with fresh cut fries , pefectlunch item. Desert was the Banana bread pudding which was awesome sauce? Myself and my softball were in town for a local tournament. We are all from Houston and wanted to eat local and enjoy the... experience. When we looked up the restaurant on Google, we noticed a great menu and good reviews on their food and staff. Mywife and I arrived first and spoke with the hostess asking if there was a reservation for 10. She went inside and came back outwith her manager. According to the manager they "don't allow reservations on music night". We acknowledged that but asked ifthey could seat 10. The manager replied back that we "would have to sit at separate tables, with separate waiters and separatechecks". We both thought that was fine. When we walked in to meet the rest out our team because they walked in through the frontthe manager made sure to chase us in and verbalize again we would be at separate tables and it would he a minute to set up. Aswe all stood at the front of the restaurant, we noticed open tables. The manager said those tables were reserved for otherpatrons (but she doesn't do reservations on music night). When we questioned about sitting inside that's when she informed usthose tables were reserved amd she doesnt do BIG table reservations. As the 10 of us waited at the front, the manager came backover a second time to tell us about this "not having tables set up for us yet". We offered the suggestion of putting tablestogether (there was only one table of patrons inside the restaurant) to which she replied "those were reserved" and that wewould now have to wait 20 minutes for that table to leave and we would all be on one check now. My wife asked if we could getdrinks with the bartender as we waited to which she was told by the manager "only if he has the time and isnt too busy with theoutdoor patrons". The restaurant missed out on a group that respects the service industry and knows how to show it. I've neverexperienced such disrespect from a local restaurant and outright lies.
