It's always hit and miss with this location but overall the experience hasn't been horrible.

First time going to rallys we explained we were new costumers and we added extra food. We made some mistakes and tried to get... them fixed, this caused confusion and seemed to upset a few people there, when we were given our order the younger femalestarted either they or you i didn't really catch who she was referring to but that were getting in her nerves. When i asked ifus she slammed window and walked away .never again would i go to this place . You get male was super nice and everything aemployee should be . I've had precisely one bad experience at this Rally's. Other than that, every visit has been wonderful, and the food delicious.... Their cheesecake shakes are to die for. Read more
I brought someone here as a favor but from what I saw regarding customer service it has foen a huge change, now that drive thru... window is a different story, the green, which may have algae, idk, but it's not appealing seeing your getting your food thruthere. But I guess you have to take the good with the bad. I pointed out to lady I brought to get their food but they weren't toworried about it so I just drove on???? Read more
They gave my order to the wrong person. That person left the parking lot & came back 10 minutes later. She asked who ordered 4... burgers, & tried to give me that bag which was taken by a person I did not know & returned!!! Only reason I gave 1 star isbecause I could not give anything less. Read more
How hard is it to make a simple little cheeseburger the way the customer ordered it? Why do the employees have to be lazy and... disrespectful to customers? I don?t understand why people even go to work if they don?t do a good job and do a good job thatthey can take pride in. I guess it?s why they work at a fast food place and not somewhere else where it takes having to use yourmind and apply some effort to do a job that they can be proud of. I?ve had it with this Rally?s. I live 5 blocks away in oldArabi and I go to this Rally?s every single day. They made good money off of me. I?m a chocolate shake and swirl ice creameating SOB. Every day I spent at least $20 bucks at Rally?s. Not anymore. I?ll just get my ice cream from Consecos across thestreet and save myself the frustration that I get from Rally?s. Look at the pictures. I ordered a rally burger with no tomatoesand onions. As you can very well see in the picture with the receipt. And in the other picture you can very well see what is tomato juices and seeds. Plain as day. Very obvious that all they did was open up the burger that again, obviously was alreadymade and sitting there waiting on someone to order a rally?s burger so they can have it ready and look like they made a quickburger. But they failed miserably at this attempt. Cause now they got a bad review. Now they lost a customer that spent moneyevery day. Now everyone who reads this review will see what kind of BS they do up there. Unbelievable. Just too damn hard to bea good worker and do a good job. Pathetic Read more
