I really like how the drinks weren't as sweet as the ones you normally get in the other stores. However, when my brother was... about to drink it with the lid off, he almost cut his lips. The glass bottle was chipped quite badly and tiny pieces of shardscan be found around the neck of the bottle. This is a great concept. Drinks are very tasty and they come in glass containers. My drink was Kiwifruit. It was sour which I... like this type of drink. Made our way to Bearology after learning of it on TikTok. Can't say I was disappointed, it was really good. And the best part... was it wasn't sweet. I'm glad my girls loved it & worth returning to try other flavors. And you get to keep a cool glass ???? Read more

Very good!! Their Almond Milk Tea had almond bits on the bottom mixed in with the boba, which is something I?ve never... experienced and DEFINITELY enjoyed. Very kind workers, definitely would go back. Very limited menu however, in my opinion. Read more

Highly instagrammable drinks served conveniently in the middle of the Westfield Santa Anita Mall. You self order and the kiosks... and pick your drinks at the other end of the booth. I liked that you can customize your drink with sugar and ice levels. Andthey use real fruits in their fruit teas. All drinks are served in glass jars in an effort to be more eco-friendly. They offera discount if you come back and reuse your jar. However the drinks are probably pricier due to high cost of thepackaging. DRINKS Banana milk tea: (half sugar with boba) I loved this one. Real bananas are blended in making the drinkcreamier. The boba was inconsistent: some too soft, others firm Butterfly lemonade: (half sugar with chia). Couldn?t finishbecause the drink was too sour/tart. Probably should have gotten full sugar 24k golden tea (shimmering drink $9): this was sopretty with edible sparkles and served in a lego flask jar. A bit sweet and you couldn?t customize the sweetness but stillfruity and good Pink lemonade (shimmering drink $9): standard pink lemonade but also has edible sparkles. We went during a Friday afternoon and it wasn?t busy at all. We ordered two drinks?honey green tea and watermelon green tea.... However, this review is not about the drinks, but the service. There were 2 people working at the time?one much moreprofessional than the other. The former even asked us to check the sweetness levels so she could accommodate our tastes andadjust the drinks if needed. I was a little more concerned about the other employee. First, he wasn?t wearing a mask as he waspreparing drinks. I know some people are unable to wear masks for medical reasons, but this employee was loudly laughing andtalking over the drinks as he was making them, which was a little off-putting. Second, it?s always a cause for concern when theperson making your food or drinks loudly says ?EWWWWW? as they are discussing and preparing your drinks. If you?re alsoconcerned about mask-wearing at a food or drink establishment, I?d suggest making sure to check if the employees behind thecounter are wearing masks before placing an order. Read more
