Very rarely would I stop going somewhere because of the customer service. This is one of those times. Went here to buy... something for my family and after I completed my order I asked if I can have more frosting. They told me that it will be anadditional charge so I said I wasn't interested. The manager turned around and gave me a death stare as if I had just stolenfrom him. The stare went on until I left. There was no thank you or have a nice day. If it was just me I could have gotten overit but he made my entire family feel uncomfortable. Congratulations sir, you lost a customer. Read more
