Went to Dave & Buster a few nights ago. Enjoyed the food, like always. This time I didn't just walked around the arcade I... played some of the games(partial to zombie killing). I normally don't write reviews but today's mediocre visit to Dave and Busters inspired me to leave a one star review. Our family... of 8 came here tonight to celebrate our nephew's 11th birthday, by his request. To say the least, it was a huge disappointment.Our server must have had a bad day and decided to share his less than pleasant attitude with us. The food order was deliveredsubstantially late and when my salad finally arrived it was slathered with dressing (when I ordered and requested the dressingon the side). I ended up canceling my salad order because frankly I had lost my appetite by then. When we asked to speak to amanager to express our concerns, he listened and offered a pretty generic apology. We tried to make the best of it for mynephew's sake, but I will not be returning to this location. And I'll be sure to tell my friends and family to avoid this place! Read more
My 8 year old daughter and I had an amazing Wednesday at the Dave and Buster's in Arcadia. Take advantage of the half off games... on Wednesday and definitely get the app to upload your game card. There is plenty of parking at the mall. Try out the voodoodish it's delicious. The staff was very informative, helpful and friendly. Thank you for an awesome experience. Read more
Frist I never been to Dave & Busters I decided to eat something after a movie big mistake I ordered Ribs 1/2 of slab Cole slaw... and asparagus frist the asparagus were burned Cole slaw was dry like I was eatting cabbage buy it self horrible food Ribs wereok service was ok even do they gave me another order of asparagus after I complained that they were burned they should of beendone the frist time dont recommend this place. We came in with a party of 13 people and were immediately seated.. Our server seemed overworked. They should have had 2 servers... helping us since we had such a large party. It took a long time just to get our drinks and once we ordered our food half of uswere helped and the other half had to wait. It also was difficult getting everyone their meals at the same time. Some of us gotserved about 20 minutes after the others. There was also quite a few mixed ups with The orders. It's a very small menu with notthat much of a great selection. Our server jazmin was great, fast service and friendly. The young manager by the name of Marcos was awesome. He greeted us as... soon as we sat down, and was nice to help me out on how to order thru my phone. We received our order fast, hot and fresh. Myson loved his cheeseburger and the wings were crispy. Came here for a birthday party. ???? they don't do birthdays anymore. Just have to buy a cake. Had ordered a Mushroom burger.... And bbq ribs. Enjoyed the burger. It was very juicy and the cheese was smothered all over the meat. Yum.mm bbq ribs felt alittle bitter. It was good but it was missing just a little bit of love. The place doesn't get too crowded. So I came for my cousin’s birthday party and they had it in a separate room that had two exits for easy access to the games... and bar. They served sandwiches (beef and mushroom/ egg, bacon and cheese), cheeseburgers, pigs in a blanket, and French fries.They had a good variety of machines to play as well and all of them worked! It seems that they also have a second floor buteither it’s in renovation or they just open it at night. This is a big location and I had fun at the party. Read more
