The lady who took my order was speaking to me in Mandarin, I told her I don?t understand, asked to speak English (they do have... an English menu). She was very rude, yelling at me, what do I want? What? I want to make an order. I will never come back hereagain! Worse experience EVER!!!!! Read more

Came in around 7:00 AM during a weekday. Yes! They?re open! Walk in and order at the front counter. They?ll give you a number... and bring you your food. The tables could use some wiping down. The price seems a bit higher than before but inflation. Thefood is still good but I don?t come often due to the pricing. Authentic Taiwanese breakfast spot though! Read more

Not very impressed by their foods. Although they offer most of the popular Taiwanese breakfast items, the foods were... mediocre. The soy milk was not very tasty and the basic scallion pancake was so oily that I can taste the oil in my mouth a fewhours after breakfast. The Radish cake was supposed to be their specialty, but the inside fillings were a bit sour , didn?ttaste like the ones in Taiwan. I haven?t try the other items, but so far the food here hasn?t enticed me for a return. I willjust stick with next street?s JJ?s Taiwanese food for now. Read more

It's a Taiwanese simple meal (fast food) restaurant next to the Arcadia post office. No surprise with a long line waiting for... ordering food which is Taiwanese culture.  Try to make you feel it's crowded.    The food is as it is and nothing is special. Read more

This is small little Taiwanese breakfast restaurant. You go up to the cashier order your food (a little similar to Chick-for-a... style), and they will delivery your food to your table. Ice sweet soy milk - not too sweet, watery, or think! Tastedperfect! Salty rice roll with pickle and fried egg - the Chinese donut is not crispy, and that was the only thing I am going topick on. Potstickers - lack of flavor, but yet juicy and tender! Daikon cake - I thought of harsh brown when I was eatingthat. The texture was too hard and rough. It should be a little softer and with more Chinese sausage in it. Pork sandwich - itis decent. The pork belly was a little too dry. A lot of potential for improvement! Keep up the good work! Good basic ?? (small bite) dishes. Not great, but not bad either. Lot of choices. Too many probably, because the gluttony to... have a bit of everything kicks you into decision paralysis. Best to come with a large party of people so you can order lots ofstuff or know what you want. The staff seems very overworked. On the day we visited, it was two young and industrious womenwho had to serve and clean up. Any criticism for Four Seas would be directed toward the customers. Many parents plant devicesin front of their kids once they are seated with no regard for the device volume. Others talk loudly on their phone withspeaker on. This is a place to grab something to eat and not a place to have a relaxing meal. Would do take out nexttime. Kudos to the staff for their good service in a challenging environment. Read more
