We ordered tomato and Sukiyaki soups, I would like to highly recommend Sukiyaki which is really good better than the sauce I... used to buy in Tokyo central, a Japanese supermarket located in West Covina, but the tomato soup tasted more bland with meat, Iwon’t order it anymore, probably only selecting Sukiyaki sauce should be the best choice for my next time. I was a little bitdisappointed by the drinks, It's more of an American style sweet drink than a Japanese beverage, I would rather only have waternext time. Great shabu place. At the time of writing its 30$ for all you can eat. 4 meat choices. Serve yourself veggies bar. Prepare beef... curry. $2.55 for an all yoi can drink bar non alcohol, including momo peach, Tokyo melon, milk teas, passion fruit oolong teaand more. They charge a require 18% tip. I LOVE this hotpot spot! It’s one of my favorite AYCE restaurants because their broths are tasty, meats are high quality and... sides are delicious. On top of that, they offer boba and free ice cream dessert. Place gets very crowded so reservations areneeded in advance to secure a spot. They have a 2 hour time limit. Went during lunch time at 1pm, the place closes at 3pm forlunch and reopens at 5pm for dinner. Parking is available at the back lot. One thing note is that they charge tip to yourorder. Read more
I like the sukiyaki soup based. Their lunch special comes with 2 sets of meats which is sufficient for a relatively large person... like me. Comes with all you can eat sides and drinks. Make reservations if you dont want to wait for half an hour. Or comesexactly at 11 am. Read more
Best shabu place in LA/Arcadia hands down. Meat selection was pretty small but that was okay since the meat and vegetables were... premium. The drinks weren’t included but it was pretty good and worth the extra couple $$. Service was superb. I woulddefinitely go back. There’s a reservation system so make sure you get on it ASAP. Not my favorite food. My family loved it but I wasn’t a fan. The meat was very fresh and so were the veggies. I just... don’t think this is my style. My lower rating is because it is essentially a self serve restaurant and yet they force an 18%service charge. Then the receipt then begs for additional tip. Disappointing Read more
