I revisited today following an absence of many months. Though a sign outside says Paco's the menus now reference the name... Roberto. I asked.and was told it has been under new ownership for two months. The enchilada was quite good although the saucewas dry. The tamale was not very good because the masa had an unusual flavor that wasn't corn. The rice was dry and sub par butbeans were good. The chips were delicious and the beans which accompanied the chips were delicious. They also now serve thefood on the types of white plates you might find at Asian restaurants. They should return to using Mexican styled plates. Read more

Outside sign is still old restaurant, but it is new management took over. I am not the person usually write reviews, but I just... wanted to say Food wasn’t good at all and not worth the price. Not tasteful Nacho is like $17. I have been to so many Mexicanrestaurants top level to fast food. Just go to pollo loco their food is 100% better quality and price compare to what Iexperienced. Kind staff, authentic food, old school design, inexpensive. Chips, salsa & delicious bean/cheese dip served before meal. Lots of... folks were having Marguerita’s so I’m guessing they’re good too! Busy at lunchtime. So good I’ll definitely come back!Give yourself ample time - service can be a bit slow at lunchtime. Verify menu items cuz there are several discrepancies. Someitems say “comes with rice & beans” but don’t. Read more

Paco's is no more. This place is now Don Ricardo's Bar and Grill. Sadly, under the new owner the quality has gone down and the... prices have gone up. The service was very lacking. I had to ask multiple times to refill my drink, chips and salsa. The waiterwalked by multiple times looking at the empty drinks on the table, 15 minutes later the refills finally came. The food was likethe service, taking forever to arrive. We waited over an hour after we ordered the food, once it arrived, it was lacking. Thequality was not up to par. The rice tasted like it was frozen and microwaved. The beans were dry and bland. My enchiladas weretasteless. It was not worth the wait. I saw at least three tables get up and leave before I got my food. I should have been oneof them. I will not be returning. Read more

I got the 2 taco combination plate and I was stuffed when I left. Heft portions and quick service. Definitely going back!

Salsa was great. Unfortunately that was the highlight of the experience. The food wasn’t bad, but it was far from Mexican... food. The chicken and beef tacos had little to no seasoning and my sister’s fajitas were cooked in soy sauce. The entire mealwas basically Asian/Mexican fusion. If we were expecting it it would have been fine, but when the name of the restaurantliterally has “Mexican” in it…we expected better. Read more

Paco’s Mexican Restaurant food is an Arcadia treasure’. The menu is extensive and reasonable Waiters have been working there... for over 20 years. The food is the very freshest and the Margaritas Mix are so refreshing. There is always parking and I lovetheir outside Patio area. Family-owned and always delicious!!! Read more

Great neighborhod eaterie! Too bad it wasn't my neighborhood!???? Had the chile relleno/pork tamale combo.Everything was yummy.... The beans and rice were great and they put a sample of the delicious tender pork that was in the tamale next to it. That was apleasant surprise. The food looked and tasted so good, I put the camera down and started digging right in!The salsas were goodand the chips were fresh. The accompanying cadillac margaritas were also outstanding!
