Pizza is good. But customer service is no good. You can tell the guy the guy that takes your money doesn?t like to work there .... They close at 9pm . I ordered my pizza at 8 pm . It was ready in 15 min . I get there and I am going to lay with my atm and hetells me we are closed . Only cash after 8. HES like the lady on the phone didn?t tell you and I said no. So I had to go to thebank to take out the money . I asked him when did they start that and he couldn?t answer it. The guy was just lazy straight out. Read more
Compare to some other papa John, this place has the better consistency on good quality pizza.
The store manager "Richard" I believe that's his name. Store number #1829 is one of the nastiest rudest managers I've ever... spoken to in my life. I was calling to place a new order, but I also wanted to let him know about a pervious order. He got sorude and disrespectful with me to were I wanted to go to the store and confront him. Very good pizza! Loved the meat pizza and the sweet pizza sauce. Great for dinner or any meal of the day to be honest
This is the worst pizza store because customer service is so bad. Michael was the person who attended my phone call, he was so... rude, he was not polite and when l tried to tell him stop for being so rude and l asked for the store manager he told me he wasand he asked me to go to another store. This place?s staff was so rude!!!!! I?m an Uber driver and received two orders from this store this night around 7pm. I went... there right away, when I got there the front door was closed but the light was on. I called the store and a staff came to thefront of the door. I told him I came for pickup, he look at my phone and said they are closed in a very rude manner and ask meto cancel the orders... then he closed the light..... When I get back to my car and canceled I saw he turn on the light again...I?m like if you don?t want to work just resign please, or close your Uber service. Don?t waste others time............ I went to this neighborhood pizza place many times. At times I was not greeted or thanked. The food here is great minus the... staff. It could be due to discrimination if other customers with better reviews are not Asian. Read more
The only reason Im giving them 3 stars because of the rude Manager named MIGUEL. I asked him to talk to me in calm manner and... he got offended. He actually told me not to come back like he owns PAPA JOHN Pizza. I usually order in this pizza place so I amfamiliar with MIGUEL, he often argue with customer because he has really bad manner (RUDE). I did able to take a video when hetold me not to come back in rude way, so Im planning to call the Corporate and release the video in reddit. If Miguel wasn?tpapa johns employee I would easily give them a 5 stars. Im not going to lie the other worker is very nice. Once I got out of myCar they knows my order already. Read more
