If I could I would CREATE a Special STAR just for them. It would be a BLACK STAR to the LEFT of the 5 Star ratings to pick from.... May 9, 2022. I ordered a thin crust half pepperoni, half sausage and black olives on the entire pizza. When it arrived thiswhat we got (photo 1). I called and they told me it would be replaced but I was going out of state for training for two weeks.The person I spoke with said he was making notes under my phone number. Today, May 31st, 2022 I called to have the replacement.I was asked numerous times for my address, phone number and pizza type. I repeated I was in the rear house and there was apedestrian gate to enter and it is unlocked. I repeated the pizza and my phone number to make sure the person taking my orderunderstood. After over 1 hour waiting I called to check and was told the driver was knocking on the front house door (Landlord)and calling my phone number (which is written wrong on the receipt) numerous times and that a message was stating the number is"disconnected" ? I ordered 2 pastas and an extra order of bread sticks. What was delivered was 3 bags of bread sticks, 2 of the sauces fell on... the porch and my shoes! This location has friendly staff and they are always efficient. The thing is I order extra pepperoni and there is never extra... pepperoni. Whenever I order extra pep from any other pizza joint there is PLENTY of pep, but never at Pizza Hut. Read more
My ordered was like around $37 with tax. I am mandated to paid over $8 fees plus driver tips in order to receive my order!!! Hello, I order from this Pizza Hut quite often but the last couple times, yesterday in particular, the pizza was delivered... squished. It was so squished it was crammed into one side of the box. I will continue to order from here as we like the pizzabut maybe a little more care into the delivery would be helpful. thanks Read more
Well, this would be the 2nd time I had an issue with Pizza Hut! The 1st issue I had was 3 months ago. I order pizza of course... and wanted some chicken wings as well.. the chicken wasn't fully cooked. And I didnt notice till my 4 year old took a bite ofit. All they can do is give me credit but that didn't matter cause I wasn't ordering any time soon. Well I place an order todayafter so long and well.. seems like the driver was in a rush or something cause the pizza didn't look like pizza.. I order thefamily box.. or maybe....
