We went on a Thursday evening for dinner? last order is at 7:30pm but the waitstaff were very nice and accommodating. Food came... relatively fast, we got gyukatsu and beef tongue. Finally gotten the chance to try this restaurant, however, I was disappointed. Ordered the Premium Gyukatsu, Spicy Pork Belly... Don, Cheese Katsu & Cream Curry Udon. So excited when I see the food, they look so good. The best dish is the cream curry udon.The beef and pork belly are tough, very chewy, and a little hard to swallow. The meat has an aftertaste lingering in my mouth.As for the cheese katsu, way too much cheese and hardly any meat in them. Cream curry udon is the best, perfect flavor and evenmy son loves it. The food was great. However, the store was incredibly understaffed. We waited a while to get the food, the bill, a glass of... water. I finally got chance to have lunch over there in May since I have been keep busy for a long time, I do like to find a place to... enjoy the food and try to get relax. And Yes, Kobe Gyukatsu is the one I absolutely wish ?? The environment is great, quiteopen and everything is super clean! I tried the Cheese Cutlet , it's amazing , I mean that's my first time to feel how the beefcan be cooked as " Crispy on the surface and tender on the inside" ,it's really impressive ?? And also the various side dishes,every dish are super delicious and I hope I could eating the Soybean Paste soup every day!!
