Had to take my cat out because of a family event. Manager came to me with a soft voice asking me to leave because no cats... allowed. Well, there are clearly one elder guy with a chiwawa and another man with his puppy sitting inside. No sign out theresaying no cats allowed. i ordered ahead of 5 people and alexa gave everybody in front of me their drinks. Then a little girl was running around with... food and bumping into everybody like it was a mario cart racing game. After i asked alexa to remake my drink bc she made it hotnot iced she gave me a horrible look. horrible service. never again. Nice predictable location with what you would expect from a Starbucks. Didn't order anything complicated. Central location in... Arcadia inside a shopping complex next to Chinese restaurant. There were three outside 2 seater tables so we could stay COVIDcompliant albeit each table was not spaced 6 feet apart. Will be back the next time I am in the neighborhood. Read more
I went for a quick breakfast. However, and it's not the establishments fault, but homeless people were inside with all of their... stuff and it reeked. I'm sure the poor starbucks workers were suffering, I had to quickly leave without buying breakfast. Read more
my coffee tastes as expected, but my only thing is that they don?t follow every part of the order. i know they?re busy, but... whenever i do a mobile order and ask for my drink to come in a venti cup, i?m not doing it for the coffee. i?m doing it for theice. i?m anemic, so i need the ice. before anyway tells me to just opt for ?extra ice? then they only give me half the amount ofcoffee. which is why i. just ask for it in a venti cup. they lose a cup either way, so why can?t it be in a cup i ask for? i didwait a bit to talk to someone about it, but no one ever paid me any attention. again, i know they?re busy, but come on Read more
NOTE: No drive-thru. Pro Tip: Park on the upper level of the shopping center's parking structure if you want to find something... super close without driving around, looking for a spot. This is my go-to Starbucks. The employees here are friendly and theyalways get my order right. It's located in a shopping center with lots of parking. Strangely enough, there's another Starbucksabout 50 feet away in the Vons supermarket next door but that one doesn't accept Free Rewards or do free refills. Read more
This Starbucks is in a plaza where has Gym, restaurants, grocery stores, and clothing shops. After finishing lunch or even a... hard-core workout, this is a good place to enjoy your book reading, working presentation, or a business proposal on a laptopwith non-stop music and coffee aroma filled in the store to keep you mind clear and refreshing. Finally!! Yes!!! I'm so happy! After going to 3 different Starbucks last week and no luck I was scared to ask for the Pumpkin... Cream Cheese Muffin! It's my favorite!!! But it's only seasonal for Fall. They only get a certain amount in their shipments andthey're always sold out! So lucky I scored today here in Arcadia next to Vons! BTW: Nolan (front counter) and Kameron (Barista)were super friendly and beautiful smiling faces from the time I walked in.... And I bought the last muffin to let my mom try! Read more
