Hey I hope the staff read this,my name is J I'm from London and I basically lived right by this Starbucks location for like 5... months.i visited the drive through nearly twice a day and I've now moved outta town and I never got the chance to say good bye.Ijust want to add the service was impeccable they had great customer service,very friendly and never got my order wrong once.Theyhad great staff every single one of them,they knew my order down to a t and even though I would mix it up with a few differentdrinks and bites to eat they always took great care of me.i just want to say thank u and I did plan to get the store a littlegift B4 I left as they always made me feel welcome and the days I was home sick just by pulling up through the drive throughthey always made a effort to speak to me so the loanly feeling of being in the states alone would disappear as I had a newStarbucks family!!I hope all u guys are well and I'm so sorry I Neva got to say goodbye or I didnt get a chance to drop by alittle thank u gift for treating me so well.i will deffo pass by one day soon,until then takecare b safe and just carry on doingwhat u guys r doing and being such kind and warm hearted human beings,Starbucks should b counting there lucky stars they gotsuch a great set of ppl all working in one store,until we meet again.Jay (London) Read more
Unbelievable how you ask for a hot coffee and get a warm coffee at best. At $2.65, I just started to brew my own for 50 cents,... win win. Read more
I tried Starbucks before and didn't like it. Today, I decided to order two mocha, frappuccinos, because my mom and I were... working on the garden, and the high temperature, made us thirsty. I decided to buy one for my mom, and one for myself, with agift card I received for Christmas 2020.. I didn't like the flavor, texture, and the lack of cold temperature the beverageshould have had.. It had a bitter chocolate taste, and without the coffee flavor. Also, it didn't have tiny bits of ice like Iexpected. I don't know if the person that prepared the beverage in this location is a newby, or if she doesn't know how to makethese drinks, because I ordered this flavor before at the Bell location, and it was a mix of chocolate, coffee, and the texturehad tiny bits of ice. but I will definitely NOT buy here at the Arcadia location again. I rather buy the beverages atMcDonald's and pay with my own money.. Go to McDonalds, and save yourself money, and the feeling of being unsatisfied... I am editing my previous review to a 1 star. The wait to get one simple drink was insufferable. When I finally received my drink... and drove off, I realized they didn't add any whipped cream as I asked. I had to get back in the drive through line to get thatcorrected. The wait was even worse the 2nd time around. To correct the mistake with whipping cream, they asked for my drink. Tomy surprise the barista took it, opened the lid and proceeded adding the whipped cream to my already sipped drink (I found thatvery unsanitary). Read more
whatever crew was working this morning are absolutely amazing!! so friendly and went out of their way to be nice and helpful. we... cracked one of our cups and when I asked for another cup to empty it into, they gave us a whole new drink for free! store andeven bathrooms are also kept nice and clean Read more
Like most Starbucks, this place is nicely decor. It is clean and it has a good relax environment. Staffs are efficient but... with a bit of stoic attitude. Parking is very limited but it has a drive thru. Read more
Botched my order badly. Very crowded and conjested. Not enough parking. Very clean. Even the bathrooms are clean. Long waits... inside drive through gets priority. Read more
