This restaurant has a nice decor and ambiance. Service is pleasant and attentive. Food is delicious and the cheesecake is a must... have for dessert. Reservation is only available online. I like the Renee's special from the lunch special menu. It's a halfturkey sandwich, a cup of soup and a green salad for $15.95. Good deal. Read more
Food and drinks were good. Servers are not attentive. I used to come here a couple times a year every year. I went today and was... still disappointed. The food and drinks are good but the service varies. Seems like it depends on how big your party is. Everytable deserves the best customer service not just big checks. It makes me sad seeing my favorite restaurant from when I waschild slowly become less genuine. Read more
Came to dine with the family here and it definitely could've been a better experience. You can expect the same decor/ambiance... in every Cheesecake Factory you ever visit, but can't say the same for service and quality of food. Upon being seated andwelcomed, we were served really hard brown bread - had to ask the server to get us fresh bread which of course took a bit ofwait. Then, got served iced tea without sugar (which we originally asked for). Our server was MIA for the first half of thedining experience. Food was OK - I've had better skirt steak with salmon at other Cheesecake locations. You can say the samefor the tamales for the appetizer. A child's entree was super duper delayed too, so while everyone was eating, one child satthere and watched everyone else eat until 15-20 minutes later when his food finally arrived. Read more
A great place any day. We celebrated father's day. They have an amazing selection of meals. The deserts are HUGE!
My family and I have been going to Cheesecake Factory for a long time. We rarely eat there cheesecakes because their entrees... are great. It?s a 4.5 out of 5 for me. I ordered the Chinese chicken salad, Korean fried cauliflower & Calamari. All were goodand delicious. Other times I usually get and recommend the Chicken Medeira with extra vegetables. The wheat bread is always agreat starter with butter, addicting so pace yourself. The decor is always consistently the same everywhere and it?s always afamiliar vibe with great customer service. I?ve eaten at several Cheesecake factory restaurants in the past. So, my expectation was for another enjoyable dining... experience. We ordered two steak medallions medium. Both came out well done. Which, was a bit disappointing. However, the mashpotatoes and vegetables which, came with the steak were cooked perfectly. Our server was attentive and ensured our water glassesremained full throughout our entire meal. Absent the overcooked steak we enjoyed our meal. Read more
