NEVER. AGAIN. AVOID!!! I’ve been coming here my whole life. Every birthday. Every rehearsal dinner. Every graduation. Every... single big event. Called and made a reservation for after my daughters graduation. Told the man we were coming after 6pmgraduation so I was thinking 7-7:15pm. He put me down for 7 and said no problem. So we head to the restaurant at 7:15pm butcalled them to say we were on our way and THEY CANCELLED MY DAUGHTERS GRADUATION DINNER RESERVATION. AND THEY DIDN’T CARE ATALL AND WERE RUDE TO MY FAMILY. SO incredibly rude and just kept stating that all reservations are canceled after 10 minutes.ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID. ITS NO LONGER A FAMILY ORIENTATED BUSINESS. Read more

I love Teppan grill this high ony list to the left pic is the Santa Anita Derby plate and... the right wako wako plate shrimp And steak the fried rice so delicious the fish taste so good and clean. Went there earlier and the server was bad!! Me and my friend had dinner somewhere and decided to grab something small in Tokyo... Wako. So we just ordered California roll only. The server didn't checked up on us at all. He was gone, but when he came back, hesaw us had one dishes. He was not happy and asked us what we want. We told him we do not want anything. And his response wasvery rude! Wao! Is there a rule in the restaurant says we can't just order only ONE item? Just feel treated badly. So weird.Will never visit again. They didn't even have dipping sauce in bottle? Gave is the package of soy sauce... So funny right..?????????? ruined the whole experience in this place. Read more

I have been there twice: 3 years ago and tonight, and both my visits are fantastic. The atmosphere of Japan is everywhere -... starting from front door and continuing to the very last minute of your visit at parking lot. Staffers are really friendly andwelcoming. Everyone knows what to do. The food is ok but the manner to cook and present it is outstanding.
