My food came out different than what I had ordered so I sent it back with the food runner. Our server didn't realize I had sent... my plate back because he hadn't checked to see if everything was ok with our meals. Once hebdid get to the table he asked theguy I was with if he needed a to-go box for his food. I piped up and said I would like my food in general. Needless to say afterwaiting another 45min after sending my food back when I received my plate it was not hot and appeared to have been sitting underthe heat lamp for quite sometime before it reached my table again. By this point I was so hungry I ate a couple bites and putthe rest in a to-go box. I was only in your town for 2 nights because I drove a tow truck down from Cocoa to assist my boyfriendwith hurricane recovery and clean up but you can rest assured that I will in no way return to this particular Chili's in thefuture. Placed an online order around 11:20pm for an drive up order as hours listed online and the building say they close at 12am. We... arrived at 11:45 and checked in, waited 10 minutes. Went up to the door only to be told rudely that they closed at 11:30"because it's a small town" and that our food hadn't been made. I said a phone call would've been nice and was laughed at. Theycouldn't bother making a 30 second phone call, our order wasn't cancelled and our card was still charged $56 for food we neverrecieved. Read more
Went for drinks & appetizer on a Saturday afternoon. Surprisingly quite busy. They had us at a table quickly but our server was... busy. The hostess noticed and came over and took our order. Excellent service and food. Our waitress, Beth, even showed us how to find the gluten free food items on the menu via the touch... screen device on the table. Beth was very attentive and this is one of the best Chili restaurants we have been to from qualityof food to excellence of service. Read more
Our server was excellent! The steak cooked perfectly. We enjoy taking the the kids there because there are so many choices for... them and they can play games on the electronic menu. It's not an upscale restaurant but it's a great family place with lots ofchoices. Read more
We order a couple different types of food and the waitress was kind fast got her job done she could have talked more but no... worries. The food was good the place clean the ppl look clean and well groomed so yeah I'd eat here again. Read more
