Customer relations were very poor and mention a fly in the case as discreet as I could and get a up tight and unpleasant person... to be around or buy cupcakes from, should have just not purchased cupcakes but I had my kids looking forward to them. I've been to Mia Bella's many many many times. I usually aim for their fruity or nutty cupcakes that they offer. My favorite is... their champagne cupcakes or ones with filling and I have yet to find anything like them again. I have recently moved away andfind myself longing for cupcakes like theirs often. I cannot find another place like Mia Bella's. I wish I could where I movedto, their flavors and balance in sweetness is unprecedented. It takes an amazing baker with a passion to make theircupcakes. You may think they are over priced, but I promise you I would pay double to find half the talent in any other cupcakeshop kitchen that I've been to since. In fact, I have paid twice as much for a cupcake that is no where near as good as MiaBella's in search of finding a cupcake to satisfy me after moving away. Yet, to no avail. I'm very critical about a balancedcupcake and I cannot stress how perfect their options and cupcakes truly are. Their cupcakes made me this way- now that I've hadMia Bella's I cannot go back to the basic, overly sweet, run of the mill, cupcake shop. They make the cupcakes from scratchevery morning and I highly recommend looking at their Facebook page for their daily updated flavors. If you come too late theywill be cleared out because their cupcakes are just that good. Check their Facebook page for the flavors of the day, then youcan call in the morning and schedule a pick-up too, so you don't run into a small selection if you get off work later. Don't notshow up, go and if you can't make it in time to pick them up, call them, they deserve that. I literally use to go once a weekand buy myself and my friends severalllllll cupcakes. I genuinely miss their cupcakes and they really have the best qualitycupcakes I have EVER had. It doesn't matter if it's a Tuesday or a Saturday that you go- they are consistent in their flavors, love and dedication for cupcakes. It takes love for what you are doing to make such cupcakes. They are a delicacy Read more
The cupcakes were very lackluster in taste. They are beautifully decorated, but my cupcakes tasted like they were vanilla... cupcakes with coloring. The cake itself was kind of dry and dense. We got a variety of cupcakes. The German chocolate was verygood, but the others were just ok. For the price I would expect them all to be excellent. Read more
Got 5 different types of cupcakes for my wedding last week. They flew off the shelves quicker than any other dessert. The filled... cupcakes were the crowd favorites by far. Read more
The people at this place are bizarrely rude. A few months ago I went in there to get a cupcake towards the end of the day. First... off, there?s often this weird thing at this place where you walk in and aren?t acknowledged and instantly get a weird and rudevibe, so you have to ask if the place is open because it almost feels like you walked into a place that is closed, no matterwhat time of day it is. That happened on this occasion, and the person behind the counter confirmed they were indeed open. Onthis day there were only a few cupcakes left, so I said ?Not too many cupcakes left huh? as I was looking them over to chooseone. I didn?t say this in a rude way. The person minding the counter, the owner, Bonnie DeBord, rudely replied ?Well that?s tobe expected if you come in at closing time?. Once again, my comment wasn?t a criticism, simply an observation as I was choosinga cupcake. I?m always pleasant until you?re rude to me. The owner should be pleased that someone came in at the end of the dayand bought one of the last cupcakes, not upset. It was just bizarre. Then, I went in there today and bought a cupcake. It was adifferent cashier, a young lady, but the same thing happened where I wasn?t acknowledged, and then when I said cheerfully ?Ijust wanted to grab a cupcake? as I looked at the case, I looked up and caught the cashier giving me an evil look. She said?Just a minute? flatly. I said ?you guys are open right?? Because once again I was wondering what the problem was, there wassuch a weird vibe. She said ?yes, I just said just a minute?. I wasn?t referring to that, I was referring to the fact that sheglared at me when I said I came in for a cupcake, but she tried to gaslight me. I almost wondered if the cashier from today isthe daughter of the owner, as they had the exact same attitude. Else it just must be a really rotten company culture . Oh andalso, the cupcakes suck. They look pretty but they don?t taste good. Now that I think of it, kind of Read more
Mia Bella never disappoints. Picked up some mini cupcakes for a friend to celebrate her pregnancy, they were not only delicious,... but gorgeous. The smell in the shop when I picked them up was absolutely divine. Can?t wait for my next visit! Read more
