Food and service is always authentically amazing and consistent! But I have to mention this visit in particular. One of the best Vietnamese I've had. I haven't read reviews but seemed like a family owned business with authentic food. The... fresh garden rolls was the only one I was a little disappointed with. When it's not made to serve it gets a little sticky aftera while and this felt that way. It was a little hard to separate the pieces. I had boba as well and it was the softest boba I'veever had. This place was excellent. I ordered the chicken pho with rice noodles and it hit the spot. The broth was deep and rich but... somehow still light and gentle. Perfect. And the chicken white meat was very well cooked but still juicy. My husband got the BBQpork rice plate which was crispy and succulent and we each got drinks off the boba menu. We loved everything. Food was really good! Got food to go during busy hours. I ordered the rice place but didn?t get sauce or side of soup,... everything else was on point. Would?ve given a 5 if it wasn?t for the missing items. Would still recommend! Read more
The environment was good! The service was fast and great (even if there were a lot of to-go orders). Their pho was good!... However, it couldn?t be compared to those great pho places in Bay Area! I?m from Vietnam and I?m 100% Vietnamese so I know how the real PHO tasted like!!!! This is the best of the best PHO restaurant... I have ever been to in the USA! I ate pho in Boston, Connecticut, LA, Orange County,?. But this place gave me such an amazingexperience. Not just pho but their curry ???? is AMAZING ???? The staff is very friendly. Came here on a BUSY Sunday evening and had the vegetarian egg rolls and vegetarian pho - both were amazing! The Secret Garden... and California Dream specialty teas were refreshing. The staff was working hard to keep up with online orders and indoor diners,and they handled it all spectacularly. I would definitely come here again if visiting Arcata! Read more
