Not worth it. Very bad franchisee. Definitely worth the extra few minutes drive to a different location. No way will I ever pay... 15$ for a sandwich and be told I?m not allowed extra vegetables? insane. That?s the whole point of subway. There is no ?limit?.I even offered to pay extra for olives and was denied. Horrible service and will not be a return customer here. 0/10. Recommenda different location for sure Read more

3/2/22 I had a horrible experience with a lady who was wearing rhinestone mask with gaping holes, might as well not been masked.... She was rude to me when I tried apologizing but I didn't feel safe around her mask, underneath her breath she said"didn't themask mandate come down". You would think she would want to make sure her customers felt safe. We had a covid death today. Whathas happened to people? Read more

Tonight (December 2021) around 6 pm I called from across town to make a phone order. The woman working asked me to make the... order online. I told her I was driving, she explained she was with a customer and to hold on. She took my order for 1 sandwichand was curt, hung up with "I'll have it ready soon, Ma'am, click" ...I drove across town and waited in the car because it wascold out, I saw she was helping a Mother & two kids, and there was two additional male customers in line. All of those peoplereceived their sandwiches with great service to my knowledge. Trust me I realize she was swamped with customers and the onlyperson working, I used to make sandwiches and it's not an easy position to be in with a line out the door. While I waited inline, an older man in a suit came in behind me, pacing around looking for the restroom, she stopped making sandwiches to bringhim the key to the restroom before he even said anything. I continued to wait, confused. Why him? She begun the man behind me'ssandwich before mine- I conveyed I had called ahead with a phone order. She finished making the mans sandwich and left mestanding there, still. As he walked out, he said, "Not sure why she skipped you.." Cancelled my order, so demeaning andfrustrating to be treated like I was invisible by this woman. I asked her why she made me wait, she then dismissed me "thank youfor your business & goodnight!" and answered her cell phone. Read more

Went to this location and waited twenty minutes because of a single order. One cashier left without any indication of taking a... break or ending her shift, the remaining cashier was rude and condescending. Neither cashier wore a name tag or showed anyprofessionalism. This was my first time visiting this location, and I walked out in the end. I'm not returning here anymore. Read more

I didn't get her name, however the young lady that was working 6-5-19 at 620 PM was amazing! She had huge orders and was serving... everyone with a smile and working as fast as she could. Your company is very lucky to have such an amazing employee Read more
