They can be busy sometimes and even put the wrong veggies on but everything else seems to be fine.

I was at the Archbold store in Archbold Ohio and the so called all 5 workers were Managers. Took my order 3 times and and the... end still got it wrong. Didn't my green pepper and 4 got didn't toasted right it took times to get my order toasted. I was notsatisfied. They need to get train again. Read more

They completely messed up our order. No one asked for red onions, yet they put them on all the subs. The only thing they got... right was the bread, but they still didn't toast it. They put almost everything on there. Not very good... Read more

I've been eating subs from this Subway for the last 10+ years and they have always done an amazing job. The staff is helpful... and professional. The food is fresh. It's always clean and well maintained. I've been to a lot of Subways in my life and thisis by far the best one. Highly recommend. A+ Read more

For as many workers as this Subway location has in a given shift, it takes FOREVER to complete an order. Sat for nearly 20... minutes in the drive thru, waiting for two meal orders for both myself and my wife. Once I pulled up to the window, I had toread HALF the order back out to the cashier while 3 other people stood around and did nothing. And guess what? The order wasSTILL wrong! How in the heck do you forget to add ranch to a sub called the Chicken Bacon RANCH? $15 for a long wait ANDincorrect meals? What a joke. This location is continuously inconsistent and has not shown improvement. Management needs tostep their game up, train their employees better and hold everyone accountable. Read more

Went through the drive through in archbold on lunch today, got back to work to eat, and my sub wasnt even close to what I... ordered. Literally half the toppings i ordered were missing, and some i didnt order were on it, plus they added mayo, which isdisgusting. When i called, they did make a new one for me, which i had to go pick up. They upgraded mine to a footlong, which ididnt need, but ok. By the time i got back, my lunch break was over anyway. The guy in the drive through or the sandwich crew,or both, really screwed up today. Not happy, not impressed. All for a mediocre sub...smh Read more

Love this location! Food always fresh and staff very accommodating and friendly. Today tables and floors needed some attention... which is somewhat unusual. Took 1 star off for this. Have a Subway in our town but drive 11 miles west to this location bc it'sby far the best in the area. Read more

I stopped in today to get something to eat before I went home. I noticed that they were busy with people getting off from work.... There were only two people behind the counter helping with the high demand, they were able to keep up with no problem and thenprobably a little later another person came in and helped out. I am pleased with the service that they had, it was busy in drivethru and inside but kept the line moving. Read more
