I have been to this place a couple times now and i can say they lack customer service but this experience was different. We went... inside and ordered egg and cheese biscuits. The lady at the counter is the reason for this review. She was extremely nice andsuggested our new favorite egg, cheese, and pimento cheese biscuit. She used coupon for us so we can get a better deal. Hina wasextremely nice and I appreciate her going above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. This restaurant does have a lot ofmaintenance issues and carelessness of employees is the main reason for sure. No napkins at the counter and other thingsmissing. Read more
April 11, 2022, I went to this Bojangles and little after 10 AM and walk to the door and it said it was closed. Got back in my... car and I saw people eating in their car. I went to the drive-through and it took approximately three minutes before anyoneresponded to me to take my order. I asked them why the dining room was closed and they said oh it is not closed we just forgetto Change the sign. So I told them I was coming inside to order. So after going inside and placing my order me and my grandsonsit down to eat. The sign on the door still said it was closed. We witnessed more than a dozen people pulling up coming to thedoor and Leaving. The condiment station or the drink station did not have any napkins any drink lids and was extremely dirty.The floors and tables were dirty . There were several employees behind the counter seeming to be having a good time and notinterested at all and doing a good job. When we left 30 minutes later the sun still said closed. Messy, disorganized and never have anything ready. Seems like a teenager hangout instead of a fast food restaurant. They told me... they were out of spoons so they give me this serving spoon to eat my Mac and cheese. Last week they were out of drumsticks. Iwill not be back. Read more
