Terrible attention I have gone twice and there is always a man, I do not know if he is the manager or a waiter and he tells us... that we have to wait an hour and that he no longer attends, they do not attend in a cordial manner unlike the otherestablishments commercials that are in other areas that attend to you for more people than there in the place and it is anexcellent service. I suggest that the administrator in charge of this establishment pay more attention to the people he hiresbecause it has happened not only to me but to many more people who have visited the place and unfortunately because of one ortwo people the prestige of the restaurant is being lost . The only complaint I have about waffle house is every time I order extra sides of bacon and never get them. But the food is... always good and the staff is always fast. I can tell they're usually short of staff so I appreciate the hustle! Read more
Just went to this location. I sat down on a stool and was ignored for 12 minutes before I got tired of waiting and left, while... the person who was supposed to be taking my order twiddled their thumbs. There were several full tables, but their orders werebeing prepared by the cook. Maybe the waiter was new or tired. All I know is that no one bothered to take my order and I washungry so I went elsewhere. In 20 years I've never really had a negative experience at Waffle House. The food is always goodand the staff is usually pretty friendly. Perhaps if you paid your staff a living wage they'd be more motivated. Read more
One of the best Waffle House restaurants I have ever visited. Bright, clean and pleasant. Easy in and out, plenty of parking.... Staff members were friendly and efficient. My food was cooked and served quickly, exactly how I wanted AND was delicious.SUPERB! Read more
Like to stop here on Saturdays before work. Third time I?ve stopped here and they were closed. This time (8/13/2022 5:20am)... there?s 4 people inside eating at the bar but I couldn?t come in? Seems to be happening more and more often. Pretty bad when theone enjoyment you get of working a Saturday is getting a decent breakfast just to get there and it be closed but serving what ismore than likely their friends. Was craving for waffles and came here. I didn?t like the greasy feel of the restaurant ???? but they cook in here all day so.... The attendant was nice. The food was okay. I didn?t like the waffles because they were soggy when i got them. I like waffleslittle crispy so next time i go ill remember to order that way. Amazing that they are open 24 hrs. Read more
I never have bad experiences here and the food is always good. Service is good, just think more work/cleaning could be done... during down time instead of them being on their phone but that's just me. I'm used to working a busy fast pace job and wish Ihad as much down time as they tend to get so I could clean to help making the restaurant and kitchen look better. Read more
