There was so much water on the floor when ???? we first came in. The manger was rude / I believe racist. I ordered the big mac... meal the patties were so dried out. It didn't even look like a burger patty it looked like a dried out sausage. I returned ourfood for a refund. Our money was returned but the manger insist on us taking the food back outside and throwing it away. I've never heard of that before. So completely and utterly sick of this McDonald's. Constantly missing items and getting items wrong. You order a large fry and... you get the amount of a small or medium in a large box. It's been this way for years. The only reason we continue to getanything other than 1$ drinks is because of happy meals. We usually get kids food and drinks then go across the street for dairyqueen. Conveniently located just off the Interstate and near a service station, allowing you to get food and gas and get back on theroad quicly. As usual, the cheapest price deal. This small town McDonald's is hit and miss when it comes to service. Since COVID, the restaurant has had a hard time securing... staff. Some days they are closed due to staff shortage and when they do get enough staff, menu selection can be spotty. On gooddays, food is fresh and staff is friendly while getting customers through in a timely manner. Read more
I ordered a double qp, a qp with bacon, 2 fries and bottled water. When I got home 10 miles away. I had a 10 piece Mc nugget and... 2 fries. So the way I see it you owe me $15. Read more
