It's unfortunate when you get cold fries and when requested for hot ???? ones the staff re heats the same cold fries ???? and... they are hard as a rock. This is unacceptable on all levels. ???? Read more
The food was fine. The customer service sucked. Lady had an attitude when I asked a simple question. Won't be going back.
The worst experience I?ve had at any fast food place. The ladies at the front do not have customer service skills . THEY SUCK. I... had a call in order and they told me my food wasn?t done but didn?t bother to check the shelf . I sat for 30 minutes only tofind out my food had been on the shelf the entire time . No apology no nothing - they handed me my food and walked off . Theyliterally was on their phones and talking about their personal lives the entire time. They talked about other customers as theyleft the store. I do not recommend this location at all !!! Read more
I've had multiple issues with this location. Upon having those said problems they refused to compromise! No refund or store... credit! Just horrible customer service. Ive also witnessed an employee spit in the fries I had them remake!!! Save you theillness and frustration with this location! Read more
