The food was fine. The customer service sucked. Lady had an attitude when I asked a simple question. Won't be going back.
The worst experience I?ve had at any fast food place. The ladies at the front do not have customer service skills . THEY SUCK. I... had a call in order and they told me my food wasn?t done but didn?t bother to check the shelf . I sat for 30 minutes only tofind out my food had been on the shelf the entire time . No apology no nothing - they handed me my food and walked off . Theyliterally was on their phones and talking about their personal lives the entire time. I've had multiple issues with this location. Upon having those said problems they refused to compromise! No refund or store... credit! Just horrible customer service. It was my first time ordering on the app , so I wasn?t familiar with it taking my Gmail nickname instead of my card name . So I... went and told the older woman and she had an attitude , I checked my Gmail after showing it charged my bank . She gave me a cupwith no lid and took the receipt off the bag, so I don?t even know who to put the complainant against. I really wanted some wings and looked for wing places close to me. This location popped up. I never knew this location was here.... Since it was the closet location to me I made a online order. My confirmation email stated it would be ready in 15 minutes. WhenI arrived it was not quite ready so I prepared my drink. As I finished up making my drink my food came out. This location doesnot offer sit in dining. They seal your bag with a big green sticker for safety. It?s located next to a few other stores in astrip mall try of setup. Overall the wings were good. They are not fried all the way hard so if you like them well done makesure you ask for fully fried. The service was good. The cashier was polite and made sure she gave me my order as soon as it wasready. The establishment was clean and tidy in the front. I did not visit the restroom. I gave this review a 3 because my orderwas not exactly as I expected. My wings weren?t as seasoned as they usually are at other locations and I received the wrongflavor wings for 4 of my 8. I have been coming here for about a year now since I discovered them. This location makes their wings consistently amazing and I... cannot imagine going anywhere else for wings now. Their sauces are the best, you seriously need to try the Louisiana Rub, andthey always pack plenty on top.
