Jimmy John's is perhaps the most under rated sub shop. I have consistently been happy with this location and others. I have... never waited more than 5 mins for food. Most of the time I call ahead and my order is waiting when I walk in. Quality has beenhigh and orders have been consistent without mistakes as I have frequently found with other similar vendors. I don't normally goto Jimmy John's and after today I highly doubt I'll be back. . I ordered the 16" Beach club. I made it clear... I don't eat there very much. I added bacon to my sandwich they never asked if I wanted it heated... I get back to the house Iopen my sandwich there more lettuce than anything. So we have had MULTIPLE issues regarding this location and the one in Biltmore Village. This location doesn't seem to care if... they bring your food correctly, bring all your items, Or doesn't do what they have said they could do. Tonight we were told wecould get a partial refund, by the employee bring us our food, because they had forgotten or drink again. I call the storebecause we had been told the same thing before and the manager stated they can't do partial refunds. I was offered a partialrefund by your employee, why cant I get it then? The manager started acting like a very immature person because he shoots off,WELL sir, we only have 5 people working right now so. Yeah I don't care I ran a full service hotel on 4 people, don't find anexcuse to get away with your mistake. Now that you've said this though, I can definitely tell that you must be the one trainingthese new people as they also didn't seem to care. I will be calling corporate to address these issues and to let them know theyneed a much more mature person running that location as its the smallest one around here..... Read more

They were good from the start. Note the buns don?t fit your meat. In other words they aren?t big enough and the prices are high.
