Never received my order. I went ahead and gave them a call after nearly two hours wondering where my order was. The employee... told me that my order was delivered to one of the 5 buildings where I work at and I even gave them special instructions on whereto deliver. Nice putting up "drive thru only" signs and no arrows pointing in the direction to get into it so I can just drive aimlessly... around the building hoping I'm going in the right direction to be able to ENTER the drive thru. Read more

Usually fast... however my last visit was very slow in the drive thru. I should have timed it.
I stopped at a Jimmy Johns for a quick lunch. 8 bucks for a log of white bread filled with shredded iceberg lettuce and a few ... paper thin cold cuts and cheese? Is this a joke? I ordered it "loaded" I even gave them a second chance a couple weeks later.Same thing. Disappointed!! Read more
The workers and drivers are awesome and do a great job even though they have to be understaffed. It took over an hour for my... sandwich to arrive on Sunday so maybe that is just a bad day to order from there. I think the sandwiches were made right awaybut weren't able to be delivered for a long time due to being understaffed so they were kinda warm. I ordered my food at 12:00pm, called at 1:30pm and the guy over the phone says my food was delivered, I looked everywhere at... work and it was nowhere to be found. I even had specific delivery instructions on where to deliver my food, couldn?t even followsimple instructions. I can?t believe how unprofessional and uncoordinated the delivery personnel is. There is no way to track myorder online or through email, delivery driver could of at least called me to tell me where he dropped my food off at. This issuch an inconvenience, freaky fast? More like Freaky slow Looks like my delivery driver got a free lunch.
