I've been a fan of Pancheros for a long time. My daughters and I used to go to the one in Minneapolis before the TWolves games... years ago. So I quickly became a fan of the Arden Hills location - until today. This is the fourth or fifth time I've shown upto find a closed store. Same excuse: short-staffed. For years my husband has told me that Pancheros is better than Chipotle, but it wasn't until last night that I finally admitted... the truth I've known all along. Pancheros is just better! They mix up the burrito ingredients before wrapping it, queso is FREE,their bell peppers weren't mushy, and they have Mr Pibb. Phenomenal. The atmosphere in the restaurant was just right last nightso I took this magical picture, thank you Pancheros employees, you guys made a believer out of me! Read more
I usually don't leave bad reviews, but to say I'm disappointed is putting it lightly. The workers (except one guy who was... putting veggies on) were all kinda mean for no reason and seemed annoyed that we even were there. This was our first time tryingpancheros and it was a pretty bad experience. I couldn't even tell the steak was steak. It was grey and colorless. Thequesadilla we got had hardly any meat in it. It was soggy and the worker dragged the meat across the front counter to the backcounter and dripped it all over my burrito on the way to the quesadilla. The only good thing was the chips and queso. Not sureif other locations are better but I'd steer clear of this one. Read more

This place is great! I absolutely love getting the burrito, I always go with 3 meats and do double meat as well. Their meat is... just to die for. Considering it's fast food. The wait in line was short. Service was good with the exception of a small languagebarrier. But We will definitely be going back for more. Read more
I got the burrito at Panchero?s. The ingredients seemed very fresh and they were tasty. My favorite part is that they mix the... ingredients together before folding the burrito. Also the fresh made tortilla is amazing. For some reason it was cold when I ateit though. Read more
Our online order wasn't ready when we arrived which was fine. The employee ignored us at first then attempted to make our order... without caring about the accuracy or quality of our order. Seemed annoyed we were there and that he had an order to make. Hekept touching his hair with his gloves. The place was disgusting with food and garbage everywhere. Read more
