I went to this location a couple days ago to get biscuits and gravy for me and my grand daughter. Since the price seemed very... reasonable I added a small Oj and got the country breakfast platter to get us some eggs and sausage and hash brown. The pricewas good, the service at the box and window were pleasant. The problems, i did not get my oj. When we got home, the gravy was sowatered down it had poured out into the bag. The biscuits tasted so raw even soaked in the peppered water they were notplantable. There were about 10 single packaged forks spoons and knifes but no napkins or salt and Pepper, however, all the saltand seasoning in the world i dont think could cover the rubbery eggs. I tried to split the sausage patty and got an actualpuddle of grease in my hand. The meat was so saturated and soggy it fell entirely apart in my hand, so i tried the hash brownsand they had such a strong taste of glycoalkaloids that potatoes get right before they grow eyes. I called up to let themanager know i missed my drink and requested the difference returned. He was very rude, didn?t offer an apology and told me tobe able to do that I would have to make another trip up their the same day and scan my card to resolve it. I buy groceries only. The employees are always so very friendly. I'm not a fan of their fast food. However, the whole place is... a delight. I have to say their food which includes pork if you eat thay is always fresh. Their beef is very good. They don'thave any other meats like lamb, fish, etc. I wish they did. Yes, it can be pricey however they have their own farms so it'sfresh from the farm ????. I love it. Read more
The store portion was clean and organized, which is why it gets 2 stars instead of one. The restaurant portion was extremely... dirty ????. There were paper towels and cups on the floor behind the counter and in the cooking area. The ice cream section wasa disaster with spills covering the counters especially near the shake machines. I ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed ChickenSalad, the lettuce was brown and dry like it had been cut days ago. So disappointing. We are from south of Houston and lookforward to Braum's when we come camping here if this had been our first experience we would not return. Read more
I love this place. I always stop at braums when I'm out this way. You can't beat the prices on food. Plus it has a little... grocery/ produce market and the ice cream parlor. Read more
Cold french fries, told cheese on the side since I have to pay for it, gave order w/no cheese, burger was thrown together. Order... took long time because half the workers were standing in a huddle talking until manager had to yell that the 2 others neededhelp. No ice, mind you they were all back there talking. Read more
