My husband and my father both needed to use the restroom at McDonalds, but the urinal had been used for a purpose it wasn't... intended for... Came to report it at the counter and guess what.... Our order number 212 was served after orders 213, 214, 215and still after reminding them multiple times. I am sure the new management did not get proper instructions from the oldmanagement. Read more

The truckers in line to get diesel have all the entrances blocked then I asked for a large frappe and they said pull up we'll... take it out to you I waited about 15 minutes for them to make the coffee while the food was getting cold. I went in there wasanother gentleman who was waiting for one too said about 20 minutes. I went back to the car they told me they didn't have itright out and eventually the gentleman came out with his and I waited until I finally went in and it was just sitting on thecounter and it wasn't even really busy at all they need a little more direction just my opinion of course Read more
Take a table tent and have a seat. A employee will bring out your order. Too lazy for a tray to wash. Stood at front counter and... said table 24. I said yes. Employee left my for to go packaged order and walked to the away from counter. Therefore, I left trash for their employee to walk out to the table and get. Mask mandate is not even required on domestic flights. Thereforelet's get out of COVID Mandate bull chit mode. I ordered a quarter pounder meal and 10 pc meal from door dash. After 30 minutes I received 2 pops and 20 pc nugget, nothing... more. So I then had to get out which I was clearly trying to avoid by using door dash. When I got to McDonald?s there was threeother people inside that had also received the wrong order as well as people in the drive through having the same problem. Thestaff was very kind and accommodating. I got my correct order and left. I took a bite out of my hamburger chewed and swallowedand thought this tastes weird and is oddly cold. I looked down to see that I had just ate a raw burger from McDonald?s. Kindemployees but something is clearly not going right in there and I will not be going back to that location. Read more
My fries were cooked way too long and tasted awful. Purely oil soaked and just not great. Really killed my mood as I was excited... for some McDonald's fries. I don't understand how they accept serving fries like this. Read more
Sandwiches seemed like they were literally just thrown into the bag. They were not folded into the wrapping, everything was... stacked haphazardly. Special orders were not marked. The outside of all the wrappers were greasy for whatever reason. The breadwas old and falling apart. Worst McDonalds I've been to. If you're stopping here for food, don't.
