Worst one I?ve ever been to. Only one person in front of me in the drive through. Sat forever before I had to holler Heelllooo.... Got the four piece offered to pay more to get another thigh instead of a wing. Told me he couldn?t do it. Was very indifferentat the window. Not friendly at all. Told him thank you and he turned away to keep talking to another employee. Got home and thechicken was so dry from over cooking and tasted like it was from the day before. Had to throw it away. Mac n cheese was dryalso. Beans and rice was ok. Biscuit was hard and dry also. It?s to bad the one I went to in Florida was amazing. I won?t beback!! Gave them one star for mediocre beans and rice. The male employee taking orders was having difficulty understanding the system, which is fine but it did put a delay in... ordering. The female employee was clearly overwhelmed and taking it out on patrons and other guests. I watched her tell acustomer that she couldn?t give her the 3 sauces that she requested. It?s sauce, not gold. We waited 30 minutes for our food.It?s not the best, but it?s edible. We did notice there was a liquor store right across the street if anyone needs to ease theirnerves or to help with patience while you wait for your food. Read more
Food was fresh and hot, but the Manager was so rude to the gentleman at the window. He appeared confused on the... reguster/computer and needed some assistance. Being in customer service for decades, I could give some suggestions as to helpingan employee, especially in front of the customer, without being hateful and putting him down. I was embarrassed for him. It wasawkward to say the least. But the food was good and the employee was friendly even in a bad situation. Read more
Chicken had good flavor. Pieces where big, but not pieces we had ordered. Gave us a huge breast, but it wasn't cooked inside.... Guy at window couldn't get our cards to work. We had just used it. I called the cc Co right after we left, said it was theirmachines. He was taking our credit cards and bending them to try to make it work. Finally had to yell at him to stop. Didn'tseem to well trained. I'll try their chicken again, just probably not at this one. Read more
Came into this Popeyes today 9 5 2022 There was only one table in the lobby who hadn't had their food yet who knows how long... they had been there we waited 40 minutes for our food. The employees didn't seem to know what was going on. Didn't seem likethey were working at all it just kind of seemed like they were taking cash and making people wait an extremely long time andgiving them unacceptable food. After about 25 minutes of our wait a man came in I'm assuming that had to be the manager becauseour food came out about 25 minutes later. Up until that point it didn't seem like any of the employees were trying to make foodor even knew how to make the food. While we were there the table that was there before us literally had to go up to the counterand watch them make their food and Coach them from the counter. I don't understand why people spend money here I definitelydidn't feel good about spending my money needless to say I definitely will not be back and I will definitely recommend everyoneI know not to attend. Do not go. Unless you want to sit in line for 20 minutes to get a $5 chicken sandwich that literally had no chicken. The chicken... sandwich was just over cooked breading, there was a small sliver over cooked chicken in the middle but other than that justbreading. Waste of money and time. Read more
Love that chicken from Popeyes! Just enough spicy! I was a little disappointed with the " cajun rice", just long grain brown... rice. It's not even seasoned. But, overall, very yummy! Read more
Terrible customer service and they blame everything on corporate. I?m a customer what do I care about corporate. Rude attitude... from management because they wanted me to come inside for my mobile order. Why would I order ahead if I want to come into yourrestaurant and sit down and eat.. don?t waste your time or money here, food always sucks and the worst attitudes in town Read more
