I ask that the manager reach out to me. Regarding my experience at 7:00 pm on 9/9/2022 I ask that you check your security... cameras regarding your employees and how they treat their customers. Yelling at your customers because their food was not maderight is not ok. Belittling customers because they politly ask for a refund is not ok. I have contacted corporate and the peopleneeded for this. I have also kept my recept for dates and time stamps. Haveing to threaten to call the police against you'reemployess because of how I'm being treated and the fact they refused to give me a refund is not ok. I'm still giving it a five star. However, this subway needs a make over fast. The drive throw ordering station is horrible. The... staff was friendly offered us water while we waited in the heat to get our food. The protein bowl was expensive and it wasn'tlike anything I had before it was half empty and it didn't taste well. I love subway so ofcoures I'm going back, but not throwthe drive throw. Read more

Everybody is really good at this location. However John is phenomenal. 1st all dude is a genuine nice guy and a open book. He... takes real pride in making his sandwiches, and I appreciate that. Always a has some positive words to say. Subway should knowthat John is a real asset. Read more

This is one of the worst Subways I have ever been to. I have tried this Subway on two different occasions over the past month... and both times the only bread they had were Italian and Wheat. They claim all subways are out due to supply issues, but subwayis a frequently ate at establishment in my family and this is the only store that seems to have this issue. They also weren'taccepting anything but cash on my last visit. It overall just feels like management is poor here. The employees are alwaysextremely nice and are the only reason I don't drop the review more. Despite poor management, these employees always have asmile on their face and are apologetic about the issues listed above.
