Quality has consistently gone downhill. We always regret ordering delivery because they don?t include sauces and requested items... and salads come half-full or incorrect. When I called about missing/incorrect items in our delivery, I was told that I neededto come pick them up, they couldn?t deliver the correction. We ordered delivery for a reason. It?s a shame, because we used tolove hip city, but does this look like $64 to you? Read more
Our first experience at the chain & we are very impressed. We visited during the Rock n Ride festival & glad we did. Welcoming... decor & quick service. The burgers were delicious & wrapped for on the go eating, which we appreciated. Will search this chainout again in our travels! Read more
Food is amazing as always! They have some new menu items that were super tasty. The one thing I would say about this store in... particular is that the placement of the register is poorly designed. It?s a busy store and the employees (who are super kind-nofault to them) can not see you waiting to order because there?s a wall separating the register and the expo area. The sweetenedgreen tea also tasted like it had pounds of sugar in it. Would not recommend if you don?t like super sweet drinks. There?s ametered parking out front that is heavily monitored by parking authority (0.25/30 mins). There?s also a free parking lot ifyou?re willing to walk to the store. Read more
WHY is this place so popular?! I got a "fried chicken sandwich" that was clearly just some microwaved patty thing, and the... sandwich was really dry. Definitely NOT worth the $12 plus tax and tip. Maybe other menu items are better, but this was a totalmiss. Doesn't look one but like the photo on the website. More gray and less crunchy looking bits in person. I'd rather spendhalf that much money on a BK Impossible burger, that actually has flavor. Read more
So to start off the food is delicious. I cannot complain about the quality of food. The things I can complain about are none of... the workers seem to be happy to be there since they did not greet us with a smile. They spelled my name wrong for the order eventhough I spelled my name for them twice. Although the food is delicious which I will not dispute, what I will dispute is theportions. When I ask for a 20 piece veggie chick'n nugget box, I expect it to be 20 pieces. However, in the two times I'veordered there I was short changed a couple of pieces out of the 20 piece and one piece out of the six piece even though I paidfor a 20 and a 6-piece. Otherwise, on a more positive note, the place is clean and the service is pretty quick. Read more

This is my favorite Vegan go-to spot for lunch. The food is incredibly delicious and so filling. The sauce is out of this world... and those fries are amazing!! The only downside is getting the food delivered is a huge disappointment. The food is always coldand lacks the freshness you would get in-store. If their packaging was a bit more solid I would order delivery all the time. Read more
I had the Bistro Bell and was so disappointed!!! The portabella mushroom was super thin. I didn?t even know it was on the bun.... The tomatoes, onions and arugula was overwhelming. I felt like I was eating a salad on a bun. There were no artichokes on thesandwich. The three stars is for the sweet potato fries. They were delicious!!! Read more
