Our 1st visit to Nudy's today!and we absolutely LOVE Nudy's! Omg, why didn't anyone tell me about Nudy's sooner?! I wander around Ardmore often and I can't believe I missed this place but... it's about to be in the regular rotation going forward! Such a cozy restaurant with cute decor - I was immediately sold by thewall art that says, "Start Each Day Like It's Your Birthday." If I could give Nudy's 10 stars, I would! The menu is very muchgiving Cheesecake Factory vibes - endless options! And the best part is that you get a bang for your buck with nice sizedportions and it's not pricey (for this reason I'm happy Nudy's is only located in the suburbs because I feel like the samedishes at a downtown Philly restaurant would easily be at least $5 more). Breakfast is served all day - YAY! I now see why theCinnamon Bun Pancakes are listed as a Yelp favorite and I'm looking forward to trying not only the Cinnamon French Toast nextvisit but all the cool & creatively flavored pancakes & french toast. The indecisive (or perhaps greedy) part of me had toorder lunch as well and it was a hard decision but I got the crabcake salad and ended up having them serve it as a sandwich in apita - love the fact that all salads can be served as wraps too! My mom had the Granny Smith Chicken Salad which was scrumptiousalong with french fries that were fried to perfection and her friend had the most delicious looking Barbecue Chopped Salad. Ourserver Kara was very nice and attentive as well as the hostess Katie made sure to give us a warm welcome upon entry and thankedus for dining when we were exiting. We also were seated immediately, since we dined during the week during lunch hours but Ihear it gets crowded on the weekend so the earlier the better. My fiancé & I went for brunch. I had the lox & cream and the soup of the day which was rice & chicken. The soup was pretty good... and the lox was good just not what I expected. My fiancé had the grilled salmon platter, he said it was alright but it wasn?tflavorful and felt the foods didn?t really go together... Overall though it was a great experience our server Katie was amazing!Katie was really busy but was on top of everything and very prompt, we never had to ask for refills.
