The person working 10/24/22 during 1p - 2p did not start my online order upon receiving it. I walked in 10 minutes after... ordering and asked for my order. He looked through about 4 receipts and said my order had just come through. Along with 4 otherorders? He said give me 5-8 minutes. He then was asked to wipe off wet chairs outside while it was raining. He then went out andwiped off a table and chairs- my order was no closer to being started. The table and chairs were going to be wet again becauseit was raining. Anyway, after 5 minutes of these shenanigans, he finally came back in and made the pizzas. Horrible customerservice! I have supported this location for years and was one of your original customers when you opened this location. I havenever had such a horrible experience. Read more

Good New York style thin crust. Small pies but full of flavor. Would recommend giving it a try if you like thin crust.

The pizza was great, the staff was accommodating with switching some of the toppings. They double checked our order and because... of a mix up they had to redo one of the pizzas and gave us the mixed up one free of charge. Rich was a notably friendly staffmember. Thank you for a wonderful experience, we will be coming back soon! Read more

Delicious crust and unique toppings on this artisan pizza! I love the personal size thin crusts. The one pictured is the Tuscan... which was yummy and sweet. My favorite is the Bella! I cant wait to go back and try the dessert pizza next time. I went in andordered take out and my pizza was ready in 10 mins! Read more

Surprisingly good crust. This design-your-own pizza place allows the customer to create their own pizza with personal-size... thin-crust, half-size personal thin-crust, large sharing pie with thicker crust, or gluten free. Oath offers an array oftoppings, sauces, cheeses, and finishers. There is cute seating outdoors but it?s tight so not great for more than one group(given pandemic distancing). There is also an outdoor ?living room? area Adirondack seating as well as a grassy area across thestreet. Read more

This is how customer service should be: I really love Oath's pizza. I order mine with a pesto/truffle spread base, plum... tomatoes, spinach, roasted garlic, mushrooms, ricotta and balsamic. The ingredients are fresh, and the crust isn't too heavy butthis review is about WAY more than just the good food. A couple of weeks ago, I selected the delivery option for the first timebecause I was stuck on conference calls (I usually walk to pick up my order). The pizza boxes used to be packed in big whitepaper bags placed on their sides so the box could lay flat as long as the person did not pick up the bag by the handles. Well, the DoorDash driver must have picked up the bag by the handles because when I got my pizza, it was all smushed into a ball onone side of the box from being tipped up vertically. Even though it was a mess, it was still tasty, yet the experience was quitedisappointing after paying the delivery fees and tip etc. I tagged Oath's instagram account in a post about my balled up pizzaand they replied quickly. They ended up offering me a coupon for a free pizza which was nice but the most impressive part wasthe fact that I was told they changed the way they package their pizza to prevent further mishaps. Fast forward to yesterdaywhen I ordered my usual pizza (this time for pickup as usual). I saw they had packed my pizza in a new, redesigned bag thatcould be picked up by the handles with the box still laying flat at the bottom. The pizza was perfect but I am really impressedwith the brand's commitment to making sure that their customers are happy and that feedback is taken seriously. I know that thedriver was the one who was at fault (hey, it happens), but the Oath team adjusted their bags anyway. So many companies couldlearn a lot from Oath Pizza's awesome team about little ways to make their customers feel valued. I also want to throw out extrakudos to the social media team for the quick response. Read more
