A bucket list brewery for me. Cool spot. The milkshake IPAs lived up to the reputation.

First visit in a while! Burger and fries were excellent, and review of the mushroom hoagie was also stellar. Longtime fans will... remember a few blocks' walk to the general store for to go beer, but that is now in fridges with an incredible selection rightin the fermentaria. Sad that the menu seems to have been cut down since my last visit (especially miss that fried chickensandwich!!!!), but still a fantastic experience. When you have the opportunity to check out a brewery that's made its way into the folklore of craft brewing, you go. Tired Hands... may or may not have made the first milkshake IPA, but they definitely make some of the best in this style. The best brewery in the world, probably. Just so fantastically good. Lots of aromas and flavors. The artwork around Tired Hands... is so creepy in a cute way. I love it. There?s small and big pieces of artwork everywhere and it?s a joy. Even the beer namesare themed with the artwork. Wonderful place. Plus, the food is delicious.
