This pizza hut has zero customer service. My order was placed online, and 1.5hours later, while sitting in the drive-thru for... 20min. Then, deciding to walk inside the restaurant. Stood inside restaurant for 45min, while NO ONE made eye contact with the10 other customers standing, waiting on their orders as well. There were 12 employees working, so it did not seem that it wasunderstaffed. Quite the opposite, but all employees did not care about helping customers. Several customers ended upleaving... I stayed, and waited it out since I had already paid for my order online. FINALLY, after waiting 50min...an employeemade eye contact with me, and retrieved my order. Absolutely ridiculous. Read more
I always see the younger generation taking care of this location and I feel they do an absolutely amazing job! They are always... so kind and so sweet AND they always get my order right!!! Pizza is always fresh and hot. Service is friendly, polite and attentive.
Currently sitting in this establishment with no light above my head and no team around to be bothered with handing me a plate... for my meal. This pizza wasn't cut all the way through which blows my mind due to it being thin. Crew seems worried aboutclosing up shop 30 minutes to posted closing time. I grew up living pizza hut and hate that most locations have become carry outor delivery only, but sitting here in reminded why I have turned to other fast casual pizza spots. Sad! Read more
Fast service, and great food. We ordered a small pepperoni, a personal BBQ, breadsticks, and a personal pepperoni. It took about... 15-20 minutes to get ready, which is quite fast for what we ordered. It was very spacious and had many seats. We arrived aboutan hour before closing, and there was some food left on the table, which was a bit odd, but it was still good. Best Pizza Hut! The pizzas came out perfectly done and the cheesy breadsticks did not disappoint. Even though they were busy and... estimated it would take 20 minutes for our dine in pizzas, it really only took 15 minutes before we were eating. Read more
Excellent pizza and service, from preparation to delivery. Only one mishap last night in which I ordered bread sticks (out of... the award thingy) and didn't get them, got French fries instead which I didn't order. Other than that, everything was excellent. Read more
This was our first time trying this location for dine-in and my wife and I had a very pleasant dining experience. The food was... hot and fresh and the atmosphere was comfortable. Above all, the service was outstanding from each of the employees weinteracted with. I recommend this Pizza Hut location in Lantana. Read more
