The employees were friendly and offered the things I needed like plates and helped carry out the extra boxes. The main reason... for the low score is that I needed them by a certain time so I put in a time 20 minutes before I needed thinking surely that'senough of a buffer that the pizza wouldn't be cold if they were done on time and even if they were late there was plenty of timeto get it done on time. Pizza tastes good and all, my family enjoyed it. They substituted regular dough for my gluten free pizza, I was sick for four... days because of it. I don't recommend ordering the gluten free pizza, you might just get regular dough. I really hate being thatsick and in so much pain. Read more
Always fresh and great tasting pizza and service is always friendly. Might not be the healthiest but this Dominos is awesome for... helping get a quick tasty meal on a lazy or busy day. If I could give no stars I would. I ordered 4 pizzas and the delivery driver went to the wrong house. And being lazy/not smart... left the pizzas on top his car. Tried to drive to my house down the street and dropped all 4 of my pizzas. I called and themanager acted like whatever. So I got my money refunded and will never order from them again. If u pay 4.99 extra to have itdelivered. Not again ever. I'm really mad that I'm dietetic and really needed to eat something. Now I'm stuck without. I don'ttrust there driver. I was having a bad day and just walking into this Dominos lifted me, better off than I was. I heard Super Mario music playing... (so fun) and one of the cooks noticed and gave me a friendly nod. And the clerk was nice and offered plates and napkins. I knowit doesn't seem like much but truly sometimes people don't realize that their escape off to buy pizza can bring all the joy of ,not just the pizza itself, but the aura of welcome that people crave. UNPROFESSIONAL AND TERRIBLE customer service and cooking. I complained about my order and they refused to fix it or refund me... and then I went in a few days later with another $40 dollar order and they literally made my pizza like they were still angry atthe day before. I asked they guy for plates and napkins and he rudley said,"Sure I'll walk all the way back inside the storejust to go get those for you...smiled and walked off. And came back saying," enjoy you pizza "with a little chuckle and rudetone. I get home n open the box and got 4 pizzas with no crust, no cheese, and no sauce. Now I see why they were basicallylaughing while giving them to me and I see what the actually meant. This place is crazy. I can't believe they can legally getaway with doing that to people. This is the most unprofessional place I've been to and I only go to soul food restaurants n hoodrestaurants for a reason.
