Great service and good food. Was much better when they opened. Green sauce originally had good flavor and I could taste the... cilantro and tomatillos, but now it is overpowered by jalapenos. Overall, still great food and fresh chips at the salsa bar. Read more
Tried to place my order girl couldn't hear me cause of traffic,had to go to window, had wait 10mins for the girl to take my... order.i almost drove away ordered my drinks they got my oder wrong and charged me more money than I expected to pay. And Ididn't receive my drinks after I got my food.. You would think they would of given our drinks ahead of time. Bad customerservice. And didn't offer me a card to take off on how much I spent to get a discount of 5 dollars so many stamps. Purchase carne asada burritos added rice the rice was mush and the steak had no flavor whatsoever it was gray literally the... tortillas was hard on the edges it seemed like it was microwaved at this point I hope management can pull it together really washoping that this Filibertos was going to be a good one Read more

We have high hopes for this Filibertos. We live in Arizona City and really hope it works out. That said, we ate at this... location for the first time this afternoon. It seemed to be an off day for them. My folks and I each got a Taco salad. The foodwas just OK. Freshly made, but things like the beans inside were cool. The flavor was OK. I could only eat half and took therest home and reheated later. While we were there, two different customers returned burritos that they said were cold. One justleft upset, saying he wouldn't be back. The other got a refund. Please get things fixed and make this restaurant a success. Read more
Where do I begin?? So, I ask several questions to make sure I know the difference between the ?Cowboy? and ?Nacho? Fries. I... order the Cowboys Fries, ask them to substitute guacamole for sour cream and put my jalapeños on the side. I also order a sideof pico, which cost extra. She says, ?Salsa? Red or Green?? I say, ?Red.? She repeats my order, EXACTLY as I said above. I getmy total and drive to the window. We wait about 5-10 mins. The lady charges me. Again, asks me, ?Red or Green salsa?? I, again,say, ?Red.? We wait another 4 mins. She hand me a bag. That I then hand to my daughter in the back seat. She?s looking for herrice.. ?Mom.? Lady says, ?Ma?am, that?s not your order. Wow! After another 2-3 minutes. They give me my order. I get home? Iprob should?ve mentioned I?m in my 1st trimester of my pregnancy and I haven?t been able to it wanted to eat in 2 weeks. I gethome, my order is completely wrong. I call, highly upset and explain how upset I am and why. The woman who answered hands thephone to a man who says. ?I won?t help you unless you bring my food back!? Are you serious? I paid $23, most of that because ISPECIAL ORDERED my food and I have to drive back because of your mess up??? Long story short, finally, my mother went back,handled that man but said the lady was very apologetic-guess she?s been pregnant and hangry! The man was rude to both myself andmy mother and needs a class on customer service. As for my meal and the remedy; the lady in the front had my meal remade theright way. It was amazing! Also, might mention this one looks 100x times better than the 1st plate. Do not eat before 2pm onSaturday. The cook sucks and the other staff act incompetent! For fast food Mexican food this place is pretty alright. Chips were good. The red salsa was ok, not my favorite, but ok. The... green had turned bad so I couldn't eat it. It was foamy/bubbly and had a sour taste to it. So I would just be weary of the salsabar. They had pickled veggies on there that were pretty good. The servings are very big! The burritos are huge!! I didn't carefor the rice here either, but the refried beans were good. The place was clean and the bathroom was clean. Not bad for somethingquick. Read more
