A manager was having a meltdown ???? at a door dash driver n was cussing at him in a very ugly manner, the dining room had... several customers waiting on food, they heard everything she said, including the drive-thru ,she received very harsh punishmentfor her actions.. Read more
Night shift is terrible. Tried ordering one extra tea at both windows and they refused trying to make us get back in line. Also... they don?t serve any coffee drinks at night. Once we got to the second window they asked us what a number 7 was? verydisappointed in work ethics. Read more
I?ve never had worse service anywhere. I ordered 4 items on the menu and the lady on the speaker was mumbling swear words at us... on the microphone. We pull up to her at the first window and she takes my money and gives me the wrong change and then slams thewindow shut. I got what I expected, decent fast food. In the top 1/4 of McDonald's I have stopped at in recent hystory. My order was... correct, access was easy, staff was nice. It's sad that tge order being correct is a talking point, but it's nearly every time Istop at another McD's the order is wrong, it was nice to actually have what I paid for at this one. Tried to stop for a quick bite on a looooong road trip with a couple horses. The store's wifi didn't work, the app said they... were closed, they refused to take orders and required that I order through the kiosk. I was second in line and it took 45minutes and cost me $22 because I couldn't get the kiosk to accept my app deals and the staff could not have cared less.. Thisplace took Taco Bell on N First Ave Evansville, IN's slot at the top of worst fast food I've ever experienced. Read more
