Pretty solid Waffle House store. Food was great. Table was clean. Nothing was sticky. Staff were all wonderful.... ... courteous, pleasant, and genuinely helpful without being overly solicitous. 9/17/2022 Around 2pm in the afternoon, before the shift change. The absolute worst cooking ever. The bacon was burned black and... we sent it back. The cook loudly stated "I did not burn the bacon." However, I consider black, totally brittle bacon to beburned. The eggs were also undercooked. The second attempt at the bacon was undercooked. We left most of the food, paid ourbill. The cook was also rude to the server, who was nice enough. $37 for 3 people for the worst food ever. We will never eatthere again. Read more
Got Hamburger bacon on Texas toast and hashbrowns. Burger was horrible. 2 bites and I thought I would puke. I eat at Waffle... house in Ruston Louisiana every Saturday. Horrible service! Super slow took forever to get our order and just as long for them to start it once we placed our order.... Waitress doesnt care and we were the only customers in the store so they weren't busy. Definitely wont be back. Read more

The restaurant is very, very bad, and the service is very bad, and there is a brown-skinned worker named Chrisa who works at 3... pm. She does not care about hygiene and does not care about the customer and does not care about anything and talks badly withthe customer. We sat down, waitress was horrible. Ask what we wanted to drink & be back take our order. She brought back 2 waters & not the... other drinks. Left had to look at ticket realize she forgot other drinks. Took our order left never came back. Finally broughtour food, asked if we need anything else. (We needed silverware, Ketchup, syrup!) She brought back wet silverware. We stillneeded one more waffle said she be back with it. Never did & Finally another person help. While I waitress left the cook ladysat down without cooking the waffle. Our waitress went over to booth she was at and started kissing her. While working!!! Wewere done and she never came to check on us. There was a line to place to go orders and cash out. The lady worked the registrarshe was trying to fix a stapler. Worried about that then doing anything. I finally just let enough cash for the total withabout 56 cents for a tip. Horrible Horrible service. Read more
