The brisket is very dry. I'm from Texas and brisket should be moist and flavorful by most standards. My girlfriend had fries... covered with pulled pork. Everything she got was cool. Not a good experience. Also, walk careful. The floor is slick as I'll getout. If you have a health condition that falling is a concern, be extremely careful. Not really happy with the franchise now. Serving size is down and they charge you extra for less even though they have raised... their prices. Still charge you extra $3 for what ever reason. The kid behind the counter couldn't give a reason. Read more
Ok so nothing compares with Texas Bar-B-Q but this place held their own. I wasn't a fan of their chicken. I thought it was dry... but that's how they do it there. Overall good meal Read more
ORDERED 2 running backs & sides of beans..place has gone down hill,the ribs were very dry & over cooked(burnt) the beans were... lacking the usual meat consistency. I took my wife & she said that's our last time going there..costs over $30 & I tried to getbetter ribs but the kids working said if I had a problem go to website..really.? Beautiful food establishment with quality, especially the BBQ. I want to add that they are really great at helping people just... out of high school get started who need mentoring. The food tasted ok and the portions were good. But everything we ordered was served cold. Only the inside of the backed potato... was hot. The hamburger, ribs, sides all very cold. We were the only ones at the counter so there was no waiting time and thefood was lukewarm at best by the time we sat down. Read more
We were a group and so ordered the potato, chopped pork and the Total sandwich, baked beans, cole slaw...the meat was so tender,... the staff friendly, the tea was good. We were all very satisfied. Read more
Never been to a Billy Sims before couldn't decide what to have so I kind of decide on on there loaded fries which were... absolutely fantastic ranch dressing cheese chicken I think there is probably a few more things on there can a helping big enoughfor two to eat service was fantastic restaurant was very clean if I'm in the area I will definitely go back here again Read more
