Honestly wouldn't have been a big deal, but the little chick at the drive through wouldn't talk to me to tell me what was going... on, only opened it to quickly spout something I couldn't hear and quickly shut the window again, had to park and come in tofinally find out what's going on... If you can't work a job where you have to communicate with people, then maybe you shouldn'tbe applying to one. Food for though. Read more
People in the drive thru do not sound chipper what's so ever, especially the order-taker. All you hear are dull character... voices like Eore from Winnie the Pooh. Plus you can not understand a single unhappy word that is coming out of theirmouths! Then you get to the pay window, ( lol kids! I mean we have all been there, am I right? ) And either you seethem either dancing around listening to music, or on the cell phone or the watch phone, texting or taking selfies, or watchingand showing fellow employees videos and pictures, Talking with the other employees not paying attention that you are even there,or that you been there idk roughly 3 to 4 Min and when one of them finally comes to the window to take your money, they arestill engulfed in whatever it was that was more important than the job they were hired to do that it still takes them to finishdoing what they were doing when I ( the customer ) interrupted them. Ordered a ice cream cone, got to the first window, paid,went to the second window and they told me they could not give me a cone, but would put in a cup but there was a sleeve of conesright beside the machine plus a couple on top! I said no got a refund and left. Have since been back and got my vanilla icecream cone, however service was just as bland non personal as the last visit. Read more
Very dirty. Had trouble finding a table because they all needed to be wiped down. The floor was so dirty it was slick and I was... almost afraid to walk on it for fear of falling. Read more
The good. All I can say is the service was good. The bad. I asked to have my fries fully cooked and guess what. Not. Plus they... didn't taste good either. It was slow that evening. There was a few tables not cleaned. 2 tables had food under them and allthey did was sweep the floors. Didn't wipe down the tables. In the play area had dirty tables also. Read more
Added Mac sauce for an up charge of .50 cents per McDouble. Didn?t get it. No sauce with McNuggets, didn?t get the right change.... Old fries. Just terrible all the way around. Read more
Service was not the greatest. The cashier did not seem happy to be working at McDonald's. But the playplace was fun for the... kids. It was kind of small, but they loved it anyway. Read more
