Coldest Burgers and Fries in town. Fries covered in burnt crumbs from dirty fryer. Lazyness all around. I only came here in a... rush and once again was let down. I doubt I'll be coming back any time soon. 2 stars because the drink was refreshing. Read more
Went to order 2 #15's (ultimate burrito) one with fries 1 with Mozz. Sticks. Both with soda to drink. Also ordered a kids meal.... Person on box asked us repetitively to repeate the order SEVERAL times... get our food. (Wasn't a long wait.) They handed us abottle of water. We tell her we didn't order a water. She said ohh okay and took the water. Then asked us if we wantedour Receipt. I said yes and she looked at it before handing it to my husband and said the water was with one of the #15 so Ilooked at it and they had put the water on our meal and charged us for my large drink. So I asked for a refund as we had alreadypaid on our card. She went inside and came out 2 or 3 minutes later with 2.70$ that they over charged us. I waited till I gothome to eat and took two bites of my burrito and no meat in either bite. Only eggs. So I opened it up and it had (10 pieces ofsausage on the entire burrito. No bacon at all. (It's an ultimate meat and cheese burrito. ) So I've tried calling then 20+Times now without anyone answering the phones. Not happy.!!!! Read more
Kind of slow service. The carhop didn?t even say hello even when I greeted them. The only words they spoke was to ask if I... wanted my $5 in change back for 2 drinks and an order of cheddar peppers when I said yes they gave it back in folded up ones andafter I handed a tip back I realized afterwards they only gave me $3 back so they got tipped twice. I normally don?t complainabout bad service because I understand servers deal with a lot but having a bad attitude, not even greeting, and taking a tipout of the change without asking is just not good. Honestly, asking for a $5 tip for a drink order when you can?t even say hellois just rude. If you want tips maybe try offering good service and have a congenial attitude. Read more
Service was terrible prices way to high it cost $15 for 2 med drinks and a plain chicken sandwich no fries
Normally in the morning I have great service here. Today I put in a mobile order it got deducted from my banking account and it... wouldn't let me check in. I checked my account to see what sonic I logged it at and it was at the Arkansas City KS store. Iam unable to get my drinks because they won't pop up on their mobile order thing. I was able to show where I paid for thedrinks and that it was at Arkansas City sonic they didn't care. Read more
Ordered onion rings and told, "we are extremely low on onion rings so we cannot sell any. We can sell them tomorrow." Why... would you tell a customer that??
