Be careful when you?re going through the drive through here. They have repeatedly messed my order up. I suggest checking your... order as soon as you get it. They?ve given me stuff I was allergic to not once but twice. This time it was just a simple mix up. Read more

Bread dried out on ends,they forget something every time I order on phone or drive through. This is the worst place...if you do... want they're sandwich I highly recommend you go inside to order & watch it be made otherwise you will get SCREWED Read more

I've been here 3 times and honestly I don't know why I go back. Every time I've went I didn't get the right sandwich while... ordering drive thru or my bread was doughy. I never get extra toppings when I put it on there. Tonight I ordered online. Oursandwiches didn't get toasted like we requested, no extra toppings, no cheese, I'm probably not coming back. When I call to talkto a manager there's never a manager there. I've worked in the food industry and THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A MANAGER FOR EVERYSHIFT!!! Read more

Placed an online order, went to the store. They said my order wasn't in, even though it charged my card. I showed them my bank... statement where it came out of my checking account to store 10783. The Hispanic girl working the closing shift on 09/20/2021 wasno help and rude. The other young lady called the manager and she said they're was nothing they could do. So I'm just supposedto pay $32 and not get my food or money back. They really need to update they're electronic systems where this doesn't happen tome or anybody else.. Haven't been here in about a year because the food was subpar last time and the ordering process is terrible. Decided to give... them another chance and they've apparently added fifty minute wait times (despite the store being fairly unpopulated) and rudeservice to their repertoire. On top of that they gave us a salad with zero lettuce in it.. I haven't looked at the rest of theorder yet but I don't have high hopes for it. In short, don't stop here unless you feel like paying high prices for slowunfriendly service and subpar food and killing an hour of your time to do so. Read more
